Terms and Conditions

• Cancellation Policy: Free Cancellation (100% refund) if you cancel your booking before 1 day from your check-in date. (Money will be credited within 3-7 working days)
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your check-in date will be subject to 100% of the booking amount. Cancellations are only allowed before Check-In.
• Unmarried or Unrelated Couples Not Allowed
• Smoking and Liquor Consuption inside the property Prohibited.
• Local Residency Guests are not allowed to book rooms for their own stay purpose. If the booking is made, the guest will not be permitted to checked-in at the property.

Privacy Policy

• All information (name, email, payment, stay details, phone number) provided during the booking process is collected and stored only for reservation purposes.
• All payments are made through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Payment information will be collected and stored by Razorpay. However, Hotel Diamond is not liable for any misuse of this information by Razorpay or their affiliates.
